The Benepass Benchmark E-book Guide is a resource designed to help employers understand and implement effective benefits strategies. It highlights best practices across pre-tax and Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) programs, typical employer contributions, benefits design, and global benchmarks. I collaborated with the marketing team to elevate the e-book’s visual impact and accessibility by incorporating infographics, and custom illustrations, and expanded on the brand by incorporating company’s secondary color palette to make the content more engaging and easy to digest.
